Founded in 1996
Relocation & Corporate Concepts was founded in 1996 by Pam Gregg. The company’s initial focus was on providing essential temporary housing solutions for individuals and businesses navigating the complexities of relocation within South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Transfer of Leadership
The business continued under Gregg’s ownership until June 1, 2009, when it was sold to the current owner, Rhonda Clardy. Clardy brought substantial industry expertise to the role with over 30 years of experience in the corporate housing, relocation, and furniture rental sectors. Under Clardy’s leadership, the company expanded its reach and refined its offerings, growing exponentially by focusing on an all-inclusive, full-service model.

The company’s mission is centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience through comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective temporary living solutions for a variety of needs, including corporate travel, insurance claims, and moves between permanent homes. Today, the company is headquartered in Columbia, SC, and continues to be a woman-owned business specializing in short-term, fully furnished apartment rentals across the Carolinas and Georgia.
