We offer a variety of relocation package options to accommodate to all of your housing needs:

We’ve made the entire process simple. Just email or call us and we’ll take care of the rest.

We can save you a great deal of time by providing documentation via email or fax. You maintain an electronic copy of all your documentation.

Absolutely! We custom fit you with an apartment that features what is important to you. It’s important to us that your comfort level has been met.

In some cases we can save you money by negotiating security deposits and fees before you move.

We send you a monthly statement and provide various payment options – credit card, check, traveler check, or money order. For corporate travelers, we can send a direct bill to your company.

Most of our apartment communities are pet friendly. To protect the property owners, a pet fee and deposit are required.

A 30-day minimum stay is required.

We serve South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
